  • Position: Quality Analyst (Travel Process)

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra

  • Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month

  • Shift & Schedule: Monday to Friday

  • Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years as a Quality Analyst in a domestic/international BPO

  • Education: Graduate and above (IATA certification is an added advantage)

  • Work Mode: In person

  • Preferred Skills: Travel Technology expertise, GDS systems (Amadeus & Galileo), ADMs knowledge, multilingual abilities


Key Job Responsibilities

Monitor & Evaluate Team Performance

  • Supervise and assess overall team performance.

  • Monitor daily calls and email transactions to ensure quality standards.

Provide Feedback & Training

  • Use various feedback methods to enhance team efficiency.

  • Conduct team meetings to discuss evaluation scores, errors, and best practices.

  • Identify common areas for improvement and conduct refresher training.

Quality & Process Improvement

  • Communicate process and quality updates regularly.

  • Generate reports and analyze performance data on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis.

  • Suggest and implement process improvements to increase customer satisfaction.

Collaboration & Customer Satisfaction

  • Participate in joint calibration sessions with Operations, Outsourced Partners, and Training Teams.

  • Ensure quality targets and customer satisfaction levels are met and exceeded.


Job Requirements

  • Expertise in Travel Technology: Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus & Galileo) is mandatory.

  • Understanding of Airline Debit Memos (ADMs).

  • Proficiency in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

  • Ability to collaborate with IT, HR, Training, and Operations for data collation and quality reporting.

  • Well-versed in various travel sectors, including Domestic/International, Business/Holidays, and Group/Individual travel.

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage crises and escalations.

  • Computer savvy with expertise in generating quality reports.

  • Willingness to work in shifts if required.


Preferred Experience

  • Quality Analyst in BPO: Minimum 2-3 years in domestic/international BPOs.

  • Travel Industry Experience: At least 2 years in the travel sector.

  • Quality Analysis: 3 years preferred.
