Work Hours: 12 PM – 8 PM IST

We’re seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and driven individual to join our team as a QA Tester & Product Support. What You’ll Do
✅ Testing & Quality Assurance

Execute test cases and scripts to identify bugs and inconsistencies

Participate in all QA cycles and ensure each product release meets high standards

Provide feedback on usability and suggest improvements
✅ Documentation

Maintain clear and detailed documentation for features, fixes, and processes

Create helpful guides, user manuals, and training materials
✅ Product Support & Coordination

Assist in task tracking, project timelines, and feature delivery

Collaborate with developers, designers, and the product team

Provide administrative and organizational support for product initiatives
Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in Manual Testing & QA

Availability during 12 PM to 8 PM IST

Fluent English—excellent written and verbal communication
-
Ability to create, follow, and improve detailed test cases
-
Sharp attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or issues
-
Self-motivated and able to work independently while being open to feedback
-
Flexible and available on-demand to support product releases or high-priority tasks

Fast and reliable internet connection is mandatory
