We're looking for a proactive, analytical, and tech-savvy P&L Analyst & Team Leader who can go beyond traditional financial reporting. You’ll lead a remote team, analyze data to improve profitability, and leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT) to drive operational excellence.
???? Key Responsibilities

Analyze Profit & Loss reports to uncover cost-saving and margin improvement opportunities

Manage a remote team, ensuring task accountability and peak performance

Use AI tools (especially ChatGPT) to create automation workflows, improve decision-making, and boost team efficiency

Collaborate across Sales, Operations, and Accounting to implement business improvements

Develop, track, and optimize KPIs and process metrics

Deliver actionable insights with measurable business impact
✅ Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in P&L analysis, business operations, or finance

Proven leadership or team management background

Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, ClickUp

Hands-on experience with AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, or other LLM tools

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Experience in logistics/distribution environments (preferred)

Self-starter with an eye for detail and performance optimization
