BE or BTech graduates are not eligible for this position.
Job Description:
As a Research Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting clients by conducting accurate and timely research, data validation, and information analysis using internal tools and external resources.
Key Responsibilities:

Use internal tools, databases, and online research to meet client expectations.

Validate company matches and perform general organizational research.
-
Analyze the type of data/information required to serve clients better.
-
Sort, organize, and present data to support effective decision-making.
-
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and occasionally participate in client discussions.
-
Complete all assigned tasks and deliverables within agreed turnaround times.
-
Ensure zero-defect output in all deliverables.
-
Efficiently utilize working hours to perform tasks within baseline time standards.
Candidate Requirements:

1–2 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor’s degree (non-BE/BTech).
-
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

High accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
-
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-
Professional attitude with a proactive approach.
-
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) and internet research.
-
Knowledge of financial markets is an added advantage.
-
Ability to learn and use in-house databases (training will be provided).
