Job Title: AMV Chemist / Analyst
Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy / Chemistry
Work Mode: On-site
Key Responsibilities:
Instrument Qualification & Calibration:
-
Perform qualification and calibration of analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, IR, Water Content Analyzer, pH Meter, Balances, etc.
Analytical Method Activities:
-
Execute Analytical Method Transfer, Validation, Verification, and Feasibility studies for drug substances, drug products, and excipients.
-
Conduct RLD (Reference Listed Drug) analysis and COA (Certificate of Analysis) generation.
Standards & Impurities:
-
Handle and maintain working standards, reference standards, and impurities.
Risk Assessment & Documentation:
-
Prepare risk assessment reports for Nitrosamines, Elemental Impurities, and Residual Solvents.
-
Prepare, review, and approve protocols, reports, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-
Document and report investigations during AMV activities and support change control reviews.
Compliance & Quality Practices:
-
Ensure adherence to cGLP/cGMP practices and maintain documentation in the AMV lab.
-
Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and maintain general lab cleanliness.
Additional Responsibilities:
-
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department or their designee.
