???? About the Role
We’re hiring a Research & Sustainability Analyst who is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about climate tech, ESG standards, and sustainable innovation. You will support the Research & Business Development team by conducting detailed market research, analyzing ESG trends, and helping drive informed decisions.
???? Key Responsibilities

Research Support: Assist ongoing ESG and sustainability research projects. Review global ESG norms and conduct literature studies of scientific papers.

Market Research: Identify target customer segments for climate tech products. Analyze competitors, trends, and ESG product market fit.

Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze primary and secondary data. Present data-backed insights in reports and recommendations.

Documentation: Maintain clear and organized records. Develop research briefs, reports, and presentations.

Collaboration: Work closely with data, product, and business teams. Stay updated with ESG standards, practices, and industry trends.

Learning & Development: Attend training sessions, workshops, and gain access to Udemy courses to enhance skills.
✅ Requirements

Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks: GRI, TCFD, SBTi, GHG Protocol, etc.

Awareness of Indian and global ESG market dynamics.

Solid analytical skills; proficiency in Excel preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Detail-oriented and highly motivated.

Prior research or proposal writing experience is a plus.
