About the Team – Sales Excellence:

Sales Excellence empowers Accenture’s people to compete, win, and grow. The team enables sales performance through intelligence-driven deal optimization, talent enablement, and growth strategies.


About the Role:

You’ll be part of the Content Management team focusing on graphic design and visual content enhancement for internal sales and client-facing materials. This role requires working with internal stakeholders to format, scrub, and standardize graphical and textual content across documents—ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Content Management leads to support key programs.

  • Format and unify content elements like graphics, charts, tables, and text.

  • Curate and sanitize documents using materials from the art library.

  • Use MS Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud tools for content editing.

  • Support graphic design needs for presentations, documents, and visual aids.

  • Work in a team to understand design requirements and enhance content accordingly.


Required Skills & Experience:

Must Have:

  • 3 to 5 years of total experience

  • Minimum 2+ years in a graphics design role

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • MS Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

    • Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Strong visualization and formatting skills

Good to Have:

  • Experience with scrubbing and sanitizing documents

  • Certification from a reputed design institute

  • Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or equivalent is a plus


Functional & Soft Skills:

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

  • Quick learner and adaptive to changing priorities

  • Excellent time management and deadline orientation

  • Experience with image editing and presentation design

  • Ability to work independently and handle disputes if required


Work Requirements:

  • Flexible with working hours based on market/business needs

  • Must support the respective Market Unit’s working hours

  • Excellent internet connectivity and distraction-free remote environment as per local guidelines

  • Travel may be required depending on project/client demands


Educational Qualification:

  • Any Graduation (mandatory)

  • Preferred: BFA or certification in design
