???? About the Role:
The Securities & Derivatives Intermediate Analyst is responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices. This role coordinates with the Operations - Transaction Services team to facilitate the clearance, settlement, and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions. The overall objective is to ensure efficient transaction processing while maintaining compliance with regulatory policies.
???? Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Processing:

Process securities transactions and provide analytical support to traders.

Assist in the review and processing of derivative products.

Data Analysis & Process Improvement:

Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to provide process improvement recommendations.

Identify and recommend solutions for settlement-related issues.

Issue Resolution & Escalation:
-
Resolve settlement issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.

Propose solutions to address settlement challenges.

Project Participation:
-
Participate in project implementations including new products, services, and platform upgrades.

Policy Formulation & Risk Management:

Identify gaps in policies and develop new policies to enhance trade flow processes.

Monitor errors and provide solutions to minimize risk to the bank.

Training & Guidance:

Provide informal guidance and on-the-job training to new team members.

Compliance & Ethical Practices:

Ensure adherence to applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Experience:

2-5 years of relevant experience in Securities and Derivatives Processing or related fields.

Skills & Knowledge:

Strong comprehension of Treasury products, accounting, and regulatory policies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
