Job Description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual who is obsessed with Social Media and digital marketing. If you spend hours on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, and love writing, speaking, and expressing your thoughts, then this role is perfect for you!

As part of our team, you will manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns, track and improve performance using analytics, and contribute to increasing visibility and driving traffic from search engines like Google and Bing.


Key Responsibilities

  • SEM Strategy Execution:
    • Develop and implement SEM strategies to increase visibility and drive traffic from search engines.
    • Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns to achieve target ROI.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance.
    • Provide regular reports and insights on keyword performance, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
    • Conduct A/B testing and implement changes based on performance data.
  • Data Analysis & Insights:
    • Analyze data to create actionable insights for improving website performance and increasing conversions.
  • Staying Updated on Trends:
    • Keep up with the latest SEM trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Paid Campaign Strategies:
    • Develop strategies for paid campaigns, including search, display, and video.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between SEM efforts and overall marketing objectives.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Educational Qualification:
    • A degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, or Marketing is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in SEM and Analytics, including managing PPC campaigns.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic insights.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaborating with teams.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest SEM trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Critical Thinking:
    • Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
