Data Collection & Research: Gather and analyze data on coverage sectors and corporates; monitor emerging trends/themes in the industry to draft research reports.

ESG Content Creation: Aid in the creation of content related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) research.

Sustainability Reporting: Review websites, annual reports, sustainability reporting frameworks, and work on sustainability reporting for data collection and research tasks.

Client Interaction: Answer queries from and interact with clients across business units.

Benchmarking & Analysis: Analyze ESG Reports, CSR Reports, Proxy Statements, and company websites to extract relevant data for benchmarking.

Policy & Commitment Analysis: Understand and analyze company policies, processes, and commitments towards achieving ESG targets/goals.

Process & Framework Development: Create ESG-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational frameworks, and process guidelines.

Decarbonization Strategy: Track emissions and work on decarbonization strategy development in collaboration with ESG advisors to implement best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement: Develop focus areas for ESG in HR, administrative, customer, and other stakeholder departments.
Qualifications We Seek:

Sustainable Products Knowledge: A good understanding of sustainable products and services across various sectors such as banking, insurance, and manufacturing.

Industry-Specific Initiatives: Familiarity with industry-specific environmental and social initiatives and technical terms like green hydrogen, hydrogen fuel cells, bio-products, renewable energy, and sustainable supply chains.

ESG Reporting Frameworks: Knowledge of ESG/Sustainability-related reporting frameworks such as GRI, IPCC, SASB, TCFD, BRR, BRSR, etc.

Carbon Accounting: Ability to work with company data for carbon accounting and provide actionable insights.

ESG Standards Knowledge: Conversant with ESG-related standards, such as the GHG Protocol.
