About the Role

As a Senior Analyst – Customer Applications Support, you will be responsible for application deployment, training, professional services, consultancy, and second-level support. Your role includes:

✔️ Ensuring seamless application delivery, configuration, and training for Flight Operations & Aircraft Maintenance teams
✔️ Managing service requests, incidents, changes, and problem resolutions
✔️ Supporting the Senior Manager – Application Operations in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence


Key Responsibilities

???? Application Deployment & Support

  • Plan and execute application releases to keep customers updated with the latest solutions.

  • Install and configure Flight Operations Applications for airline teams.

  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met for customer service and support.

???? Incident & Problem Management

  • Assess system malfunctions, implement temporary workarounds, and perform root cause analysis.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve software and operational issues.

  • Enforce incident and problem management processes using ServiceNow.

???? Customer Engagement & Advisory

  • Work directly with airline customers, providing training and consultancy.

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and customers to enhance user experience.

  • Generate reports and insights on system performance and customer concerns.


Qualifications & Skills

???? Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Science, or IT (B.Tech/B.E.).

???? Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in Airline Flight Operations with Flight Operations Applications.

  • Strong understanding of Avionics, ACARS, and datalink (AOC).

  • Knowledge of aircraft communication services, flight operations systems, and operational control.

???? Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure (Windows Server, Linux, MySQL, MS-SQL).

  • ITIL v3 or v4 certification preferred.

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

???? Soft Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills in customer-facing environments.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams across the organization.
