As a Senior Analyst – Category Management, you will provide procurement support within Deloitte’s CoRe Global Procurement group. This role is focused on Travel & Related Services procurement, enabling end-to-end sourcing processes and contributing to category management excellence across global operations.
Support and manage procurement categories (Airlines, Hotels, Car Rentals) under the direction of the Travel Manager
Analyze spend, market trends, and supplier performance to support strategic sourcing
Participate in supplier review meetings and support contract compliance initiatives
Maintain tracking reports, perform data analysis, and assist in the documentation of spend and savings
Provide issue resolution and support for customer service-related queries
Prepare materials for executive briefings and supplier meetings
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers via frequent phone and email communication
Ensure category compliance and contribute to continuous process improvement
✅ Requisite Skills:
Supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contracting
Customer service issue resolution in travel services
Stakeholder management, especially with Executives and Administrative Assistants
Excellent oral and written communication
Strong organization and multi-tasking in fast-paced environments
???? Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
Strong analytical and market research skills
Knowledge of travel procurement and vendor management
Experience in corporate travel procurement, with a strong client-service orientation
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
Proven skills in stakeholder interaction, documentation, and business process improvement
Familiarity with Travel category market trends and operational insights
