Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Analyst - Technical Due Diligence (Fit Out) responsible for reviewing bill certifications for interior fit-out works. The role involves on-site evaluations, progress tracking, quality checks, and compliance assurance for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physical site visits to gather primary information, monitor progress, and summarize findings.
- Review project timelines, costs, and budget adherence, highlighting variances.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in real estate and construction technology.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards for real estate construction sites.
- Oversee civil engineering aspects of fit-out projects, including structural modifications, flooring, partitions, and ceilings.
- Verify that work aligns with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Ensure construction adheres to approved designs and specifications.
- Compare materials and components used with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to identify deviations.
- Evaluate craftsmanship quality and ensure construction standards are maintained.
- Review contractor invoices and bills, verifying accuracy with supporting documents.
- Identify material or compliance-related issues affecting project quality.
- Ensure project-related bills comply with IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) standards.
- Verify materials, products, and construction practices align with IGBC certification requirements.
- Coordinate team efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables within project timelines.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
