???? Role Overview:
The Analytics Team at Swiggy partners with decision-makers across the business to solve problems that span the entire value chain. From improving restaurant menus to predicting demand in hyperlocal geographies, the team works on projects that have a direct impact on business growth and customer experience.
???? Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Insights Generation:
Generate focused and conclusive output on business use-cases and present insights in forms like articles, dashboards, or reports to aid decision-making. -
Design & Implement Analytical Projects:
Lead analytical projects aimed at driving key business outcomes (e.g., improving order value, conversions, etc.). -
Metrics Tracking & Health Evaluation:
Define and track metrics that evaluate the health of the business and identify areas of improvement. -
Build Automated Systems:
Develop automated alerting systems that trigger proactive and preemptive actions. -
Contribute to Measurement Frameworks:
Identify the right metrics and contribute to the measurement framework for respective business units. -
Improve Data Accuracy:
Collaborate with business, product, and data engineering teams to continuously improve data accuracy and completeness through feedback and scoping on instrumentation quality.
???? Skills & Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. -
Experience:
At least 3.5-5 years of hands-on experience with data manipulation tools like SQL, R, SAS, Python, Excel, etc. -
Technical Skills:
-
Expertise in SQL and Excel (mandatory) – ability to write clean SQL queries.
-
Experience with R, SAS, QlikView, Google Analytics, Mix Panel (good to have).
-
Basic understanding of statistics and modeling.
-

Other Experience:
Experience with RDBMS and Business Intelligence tools is required.
