Job Description – Senior Analytics Analyst (R020508)
About the Role
GoDaddy is seeking a Senior Analytics Analyst to join our Strategic Finance team, part of the Finance Data, Analytics, and Technology division. This role is remote, but occasional office visits may be required for team meetings or events.
Strategic Finance focuses on leveraging technology, data, and automation to drive efficiency and scalability. We use financial models and business intelligence to provide data-driven insights that fuel top-line growth. You will be responsible for creating data products that enhance insight discovery, working alongside finance and analytics leaders.

Responsibilities
- Develop highly customized data structures for fast analytics and visualization.
- Work with Amazon Redshift, Spectrum, S3, SQL Server, Teradata, Athena, and ETL tools for data automation.
- Act as the technical expert for new data product implementations, ensuring structured, efficient data workflows from warehouse to visualization.
- Optimize queries and workflows to enhance the performance of dashboards (e.g., Tableau/Quicksight).
- Create end-to-end reporting solutions by integrating diverse data sources.
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide dashboards and reporting systems.
- Ensure adherence to data governance standards and document all work products.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
- Strong SQL and Python development skills.
- Familiarity with Teradata, MSSQL, and AWS technical stack.
- Proficiency in Tableau, data source creation, and performance tuning.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, switching between technical and business discussions.
