The Global Servicing (GS) organization delivers world-class customer care to card members, merchants, and commercial clients worldwide. Within GS, the Servicing Insights & MIS team provides advanced analytics and decision support to drive key business outcomes.
This role, based at our Gurgaon, India service center, focuses on delivering analytical insights and data-driven solutions to enhance global operations.
Deliver MIS and Analytics to support Global Servicing (GS) by providing decision support, developing reporting capabilities, and driving process improvements.
✅ Advanced Analytics & Decision Support
Provide analytical insights and decision support for GS operations from data sourcing to strategy implementation.
Identify and address information gaps by delivering insightful analytics and timely outlier detection.
Design and deliver self-service MIS capabilities to enable business users.
✅ Process Improvement & Innovation
Evaluate and improve processes and systems by participating in global teams.
Systematically identify out-of-pattern activities and provide lead indicators for proactive decision-making.
✅ Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate across multiple time zones and interact with all organizational levels.
Build collaborative relationships across GS groups and support operational data needs.
✅ Project Management
Independently manage the development, validation, and implementation of analytics projects.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
Ensure timely and accurate MIS delivery based on business requirements.
Address functional data needs across operations through robust data management.
Foster enterprise thinking by aligning your work with broader organizational priorities.
✅ Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quantitative Business Analysis or Data Science.
At least 1 year handling large data sets and working on advanced analytics projects.
✅ Education
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a quantitative field is required.
Post-graduate degree in a quantitative discipline is a plus.
✅ Technical Skills
Programming Expertise: Proficiency in Hive, SAS, SQL, or Teradata is essential.
Data Visualization: Experience with Tableau or QlikView is an added advantage.
Microsoft Suite: Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Project.
✅ Functional & Behavioral Skills
Analytical Thinking: Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
Project Management: Ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and analytics.
Communication: Clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
