Role Overview

As an Analyst – Business Intelligence & MIS, you will be responsible for managing, mastering, and leveraging information across various data sources. Your role involves integrating, synthesizing, and enriching data to provide meaningful, timely, and accurate Management Information Systems (MIS) to our business partners. You will identify out-of-pattern activities, address information gaps through insightful analytics, and enable self-service capabilities via the creation of MIS tools. This role requires independent ownership of projects from development through validation to implementation, as well as active participation in global teams to drive process improvements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Data Integration & Reporting:
    • Manage and cross-tabulate data from multiple sources to develop comprehensive MIS.
    • Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Analytical & Decision Support:
    • Identify out-of-pattern activities and close information gaps using advanced analytics.
    • Provide analytical and decision support through data mining from sourcing to implementation.
  • Project Ownership:
    • Independently manage the development, validation, and implementation of new MIS projects.
    • Participate in global teams to evaluate processes and recommend system improvements.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work across multiple time zones and interact with all organizational levels.
    • Translate stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables that drive business decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience, with at least 2 years in Quantitative Business Analysis handling large datasets.
  • Proven experience in call center operations and performance metrics.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with both conceptual and creative thinking.
  • Proficiency in SQL/Teradata and a good understanding of Big Data ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with Hive and Python.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet tight deadlines and changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of Global Services Group (GSG) will be an added advantage.
  • Post-graduate degree in a quantitative field.
  • Demonstrable experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
