???? Position: Data Analyst – Business Intelligence
???? Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra
???? Job Type: Full-time (In-person)
???? Shift: US Shift
???? Pay Range: ₹3,59,723.16 – ₹15,10,685.30 per year
???? Key Responsibilities:
-
Engage with stakeholders, including operational managers and senior executives, to understand key business questions and analytics needs.
-
Facilitate discovery sessions and requirement workshops with business users.
-
Identify and collect data from multiple sources (manual or automated), source missing data, and organize it into a clean and usable format.
-
Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports; present findings through business presentations and formal written reports.
-
Document data flow and process flows, identifying improvement opportunities.
-
Coach and mentor internal data champions, providing training and support.
-
Collaborate with IT and internal teams to support cloud migration and data asset management initiatives.
???? Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent STEM fields.
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in the analytics domain.
-
Proven track record working with senior business stakeholders.
-
Strong understanding and experience with cloud platforms, preferably Databricks or Azure.
-
Hands-on experience in SQL, Python, or PySpark, with the ability to write production-level code.
-
Proficiency in Power BI for analytics and data visualization.
-
Advanced skills in data wrangling and transformation techniques.
-
Familiarity with data governance, master data, and metadata management.
-
Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and UI Path is a plus.
-
Experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain is highly desirable.

Understanding of SAP S4 data tables is a significant plus.

Willingness to attend need-based calls during US time zones.
