Role: Specialist - Business Analysis

As a Product Expert/Specialist, you will play a key role in understanding, promoting, and supporting our product offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with customers and industry experts, and support sales and marketing efforts to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Your expertise will help resolve complex business challenges by aligning customer requirements with product capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

✔️ Product Expertise & Customer Engagement

  • Develop a deep understanding of the product, its features, and competitive advantages.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers.

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product features and user experience.

  • Work closely with sales and marketing to promote product benefits and drive adoption.

✔️ Business Analysis & Solution Mapping

  • Understand customer requirements and map business processes to the product.

  • Create Epics and Stories, obtain customer sign-offs, and document business needs.

  • Participate in Scrum meetings, providing insights into business and technical requirements.

✔️ Collaboration & Product Development

  • Work with product development teams, providing feedback from customers.

  • Shape product roadmaps and suggest enhancements based on market needs.

  • Identify areas for improvement and contribute to future product iterations.


Required Skills & Experience

???? Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish & English (written & spoken) – Mandatory

  • Proven experience as a Product Specialist, Business Analyst, or in a technical role

???? Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical mindset to gather and interpret market and customer data

  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and align them with product capabilities

  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience is a plus

???? Soft Skills:

  • Excellent relationship-building and collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong self-management and time management skills
