Key Responsibilities:
???? Conduct one-on-one spoken English sessions tailored to student needs.
????️ Teach pronunciation, vocabulary, sentence structure, and conversational skills.
???? Develop engaging lesson plans based on students’ proficiency levels.
✅ Provide constructive feedback and improvement strategies.
???? Use interactive teaching methods such as role-playing and real-life conversations.
???? Track student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
???? Encourage students to practice speaking through engaging activities and discussions.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
???? Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Education, or a related field (Preferred).
???? Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching spoken English (Preferred).
???? Fluency: Strong spoken and written English skills with a neutral accent.
???? Teaching Tools: Familiarity with online platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
???? Engaging Personality: Ability to keep students motivated and confident.
???? Flexible Schedule: Availability for part-time classes based on student needs.
