Position Overview:
As a Senior Graphic Designer at Pride of India, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our brand identity through packaging and print designs for our consumer goods. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, tackle creative challenges, and contribute directly to the company’s growth in the FMCG industry. We are looking for someone with experience in Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), e-commerce marketplaces, and FMCG design.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Packaging & Print Design: Develop and design high-quality packaging and print materials that align with brand standards.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure visual cohesion across products, packaging, and marketing materials.
- EBC for E-Commerce Platforms: Create Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) for platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, etc., to enhance product listings and engage customers.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that design elements are consistent across multiple e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, and eBay.
- Production Specifications: Ensure designs are accurate and print-ready, meeting production specifications.
- Design Presentations: Present design concepts to internal teams and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.
- Deadline Management: Consistently meet deadlines while working independently in a remote setup.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in packaging and print design, ideally within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
- Proven experience with Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) and designing for marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Walmart, etc. (MUST HAVE).
- Demonstrated experience with live design links on e-commerce platforms.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong command of CorelDRAW.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work and live project links is required.
Shift & Location:
- Location: Permanent work-from-home position.
- Shift:
- Morning Shift: 9 AM – 1 PM
- Evening Shift: 6 PM – 11 PM
Both shifts are mandatory, divided into two halves.

- Pay: ₹4.8 LPA - ₹6.6 LPA CTC
