The Support Center Analyst – AAT provides technical support to Managed Services contracted clients. This role serves as the first point of contact for customer issues, ensuring efficient problem determination, recording, and resolution. The analyst will assist end-users remotely and over the phone, troubleshooting and resolving technical concerns.
This is an entry-level position with a focus on end-user account administration tasks.
???? Resolve reported technical issues via phone or web tickets.
???? Provide first-level contact and issue resolution for customers.
???? Ensure timely communication on ticket status and resolution.
???? Answer Help Desk calls and resolve/escalate issues as needed.
???? Work on incoming web tickets within the set SLA.
???? Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues when required.
???? Improve technical knowledge and stay updated on best practices.
???? Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
???? Maintain regular, punctual attendance (including occasional holidays or weekends).
✔ Experience in technical support over the phone.
✔ Ability to multi-task and manage multiple open tickets simultaneously.
✔ Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
✔ Capable of making independent decisions on issue resolution.
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Motivated to learn new skills and technology.
