Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:

Maintain a personal rapport with each student and monitor their discipline and punctuality.

Ensure the classroom is kept neat and tidy, appoint a class monitor for assistance.

Encourage students to decorate the class and develop pride in their learning environment.

Supervise activities and ensure proper training for students to respect school property.

Lead students to assembly hall/activity rooms for classes.
-
Ensure environmental consciousness is integrated into the curriculum.
-
Promote awareness on Reuse, Reduce, Recycle, and instill kindness and sensitivity towards the less privileged.
Academic:
-
Ensure timely receipt of report cards and comments from subject teachers.

Interact with parents during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) to discuss the overall progress of students.
Classroom Management:
-
Display updated worksheets, class lists, and other important information on bulletin boards.
-
Appoint student captains for various disciplines and encourage students to clean the classroom.

Ensure time-table, homework schedule, and assessment schedule are displayed for substitute teachers.
-
Prepare work plans for substitute teachers when planning to take leave.
Attendance:
-
Accurately take attendance twice a day and monitor student tardiness or absenteeism.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Experience: 2 - 5 years (with more than 1 year of teaching experience in Senior/Middle/Elementary School)

Age Range: 25 - 40 years

Qualification:

Graduate/Post Graduate with B.Ed (mandatory) or N.T.T. + Graduate/Post Graduate in the subject (depending on the level)
