As a Technical Business Analysis Senior Specialist, you will leverage your technical expertise to define, scope, and solve complex business problems. You’ll collaborate across diverse teams to support technical capability development, drive solution delivery, and maintain high operational standards.
Conduct technical impact analysis, gap assessments, and research within capability teams
Collaborate with stakeholders (product owners, DevOps, testers, designers) to define functional and non-functional specifications, workflows, data models, and business rules
Support agile development by breaking down work into epics, features, and user stories, and specifying acceptance criteria
Provide subject matter expertise within your technical domain
Define and measure operational and delivery KPIs
Monitor emerging tech trends, and support reusable capability development
Facilitate continuous improvement and strategic collaboration across teams
Minimum 9 years of relevant industry experience as a Technical Business Analyst
Telecom domain expertise is mandatory
Hands-on experience in SDLC and knowledge of OSS/BSS systems
Proficient with Jira and Confluence
Strong requirements analysis and stakeholder management capabilities
Experience in data analytics, Agile methodologies, and process mapping
Excellent skills in problem-solving, communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation
Strong understanding of commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills
Experience with Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)
In-depth understanding of:
User provisioning
SSO
Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Onboarding, authentication, and authorization workflows
Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for CIAM systems
Collaboration with security, IT, and marketing teams
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance
Strong hands-on experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS
Understanding of cloud infrastructure and architecture
AWS Certifications (preferred)
Experience in:
Microservices architecture
Integration layer development
Mobile products
Billing and charging systems
Salesforce CRM (leads, opportunities, partner management)
Salesforce Ordering Journeys
Integrations with PCF to AMP, OKAPI SaaS to OGW
Product catalogues, orchestration, and ordering systems
DevOps practices
