We're seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Scrum Master to join our dynamic global team. You will play a crucial role in supporting distributed systems that power real-time, mission-critical applications for clients across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and beyond. From pre-sales to post-deployment, you’ll drive the end-to-end project lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders and internal experts.
????️ Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather, define, and translate complex requirements into technical solutions.

Solution Design: Work with Lead Engineers to design solutions that deliver high value to clients.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the subject matter expert for client solutions and data landscaping teams.

Project Ownership: Own the JIRA plans, agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, risk identification, and end-to-end delivery components.

Testing & Quality: Lead UAT and testing phases; define test use cases and validate solution performance.

Process Optimization: Analyze business processes and suggest improvements using process modeling and user research.

Team Leadership: Mentor peers and guide complex problem-solving initiatives.

Agile Facilitation: Organize and facilitate agile/scrum rituals, ensuring the team operates with optimal velocity and focus.

Issue Management: Manage triaging and resolution of issues post-delivery from both client and internal teams.
✅ Requirements

Bachelor’s or higher in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field

5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
-
Strong background in data science or data-centric solutions
-
Hands-on experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies

Experience with JIRA, Agile ceremonies, and product backlog grooming
-
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder dynamics and deliver value
-
Solid understanding of software usability, integration, and performance considerations
-
Excellent communication and documentation skills
-
Must be comfortable working in a remote/distributed environment

Thoughtful and complete responses to application screening questions are mandatory
