As a Technical Support – Level 1, you will work closely with leads, testers, customers, project/product managers, and designers to support custom projects and product implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities

✔ Provide Inbound Support via Telephone and Live Chat
✔ Process Sales Orders
✔ Handle Written Tickets in the Help Desk
✔ Troubleshoot various web hosting-related issues such as:

  • CMS installation (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.)
  • Diagnosing HTTP errors, DNS zone configuration, FTP connections, and email client setup
  • PHP & MySQL configurations, cron-job setup, and cPanel-based tasks
    ✔ Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
    ✔ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in cPanel/WHM & web hosting industry
✔ Strong understanding of Shared, Reseller, and VPS hosting products
✔ Experience with CloudLinux, Softaculous, WHMCS, and Kayako Help Desk
✔ Firm understanding of open-source CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla)
Reliable high-speed internet connection (for remote work)
Excellent communication skills – ability to assist customers via phone, tickets, and live chat
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
