Position: Computer System Validation Lead (Digital Manufacturing EMES Team)
The Digital Manufacturing EMES team (part of BMS’ Global Manufacturing IT organization) is expanding to meet the growing IT and compliance needs of our manufacturing operations. We are seeking a Computer System Validation (CSV) Lead to support the validation of our Manufacturing Execution System (Syncade).

Key Responsibilities
Test Automation & Strategy Development
✔ Develop and implement a test automation strategy, aligning with overall project goals
✔ Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools
✔ Ensure comprehensive test coverage for functional, regression, performance, and load testing
✔ Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline
Validation & Compliance
✔ Develop and review Computer System Validation (CSV) artifacts such as:
- Validation Master Plans
- Requirements & Design Specifications
- Test Plans (System Test, User Acceptance Test, Installation Qualification)
- Traceability Matrix, Validation Summary Reports, and SOPs
✔ Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, including: - FDA (21 CFR Part 11)
- EMA (Annex 11)
- GAMP & ICH Q7/Q8/Q9
✔ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure validation artifacts meet quality standards
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
✔ Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality test automation
✔ Monitor and analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues
✔ Generate test reports, metrics, and dashboards for stakeholders
✔ Stay updated on test automation trends and implement best practices
Audit Readiness & Stakeholder Engagement
✔ Lead regulatory and corporate audit preparation
✔ Provide training & mentorship on test automation tools and practices
✔ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for process improvements
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Education: Bachelor's degree (BS) in Science, Engineering, or IT-related field
✔ Experience: 10+ years in software testing & automation (2+ years in a leadership role)
✔ Technical Skills:
- Automation Testing Tools: Selenium, QTP, Appium
- Programming Languages: Java, Python, C#
- Test Automation Frameworks: TestNG, JUnit
- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Bamboo
✔ Domain Knowledge: - Manufacturing Execution Systems (Syncade)
- Integration with DeltaV (Process Automation), LIMS (Labware), SAP/Oracle
✔ Regulatory & Compliance Expertise: - FDA, EMA, GAMP, Data Integrity, and GMP standards
✔ Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management
- Experience in regulatory audits and working with global teams
