Role & Responsibilities

???? Customer Interaction & Servicing:

  • Handle inbound calls and faxes from customers and merchants regarding prepaid products (e.g., Traveler’s Checks, Gift Cards).
  • Process claims for lost or stolen items and Traveler’s Checks.
  • Assist with refund requests, excessive balances, and overspending cases.
  • Manage escheatment inquiries via calls and faxes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a 24/7 multilingual environment.

???? Risk & Compliance Management:

  • Review customer and merchant requests to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Make informed decisions on whether to approve or decline transactions.
  • Analyze risk data and fraud patterns to enhance security and prevent fraud.
  • Balance regulatory requirements, company policies, and customer experience.

???? Escalation & Problem-Solving:

  • Investigate and resolve customer escalations professionally.
  • Handle high-pressure situations and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Adapt to changing business needs and meet/exceed performance targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in Any Field)
Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers can apply)
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Portuguese & English (Verbal & Written)
Customer Service Skills: Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and resolve escalations with professionalism.
Decision-Making & Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate risk, identify fraud connections, and handle sensitive financial matters.
Ability to Work in a 24/7 Environment: Comfortable with rotational shifts and deadlines.
