Position Overview
Black Dragon Capital is looking for a UI/UX Designer responsible for creating user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive digital experiences. You will optimize usability, design engaging interfaces, and stay updated with the latest trends in UX/UI technology.

As a UI/UX Developer / Graphic Designer, you will create engaging digital experiences, leveraging VFX/3D design to enhance user interaction.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to design intuitive interfaces.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, test usability, and iterate designs.
- Implement motion design and micro-interactions for a smooth user experience.
Graphic Design
- Design icons, illustrations, web assets, and branding materials.
- Develop interactive UI elements aligned with brand aesthetics.
- Create social media assets, marketing banners, and digital ads.
Visual Effects (VFX)
- Integrate motion graphics and VFX for enhanced user engagement.
- Use After Effects, Blender, and other VFX tools for animations and transitions.
- Optimize interactive elements like loading screens and hover effects.
Front-End Development
- Convert designs into clean, responsive code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue.js, Angular, and WordPress.
- Optimize assets for fast loading and smooth performance.
- Collaborate with back-end developers for seamless integration.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work with cross-functional teams to align designs with business objectives.
- Present designs, gather feedback, and refine solutions.
- Maintain design system consistency across projects.
Technology Exploration
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX tools, front-end development technologies, and VFX trends.
- Research and integrate WebGL, Three.js, and Canvas for interactive 3D elements.
SEO & AEO Optimization
- Implement AI-driven SEO strategies to improve search visibility.
- Optimize content for voice search, structured data, and featured snippets.
- Leverage AI and NLP-based strategies to improve content rankings in search engines.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, and front-end development.
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Experience with motion graphics and VFX tools (After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D).
- Familiarity with WebGL, Three.js, and 3D animation libraries.
- Strong understanding of mobile-first design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability testing.
- Proficiency with Git/GitHub for version control.
Preferred
- Experience in 3D asset creation, Augmented Reality (AR), and Virtual Reality (VR).
- Familiarity with WebAssembly, PWAs, and server-side rendering (SSR).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and fast-paced product development.
- Passion for interactive storytelling and emerging digital media.
