Location: Gurgaon, Noida, Alwar, Barodra, Jaipur (Permanent Work from Home)
Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹7,50,000 per year
Experience: 3+ years
Working Days: 5 Days Working (Monday to Friday)
About the Role:
We are hiring a UK Financial Analyst for an MNC company. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial & commercial due diligence, advising clients, and preparing business valuation reports. The position is work from home with opportunities to work on various financial transactions for clients in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform financial & commercial due diligence on client transactions.

Advise clients and participate in negotiations.

Liaise with professionals like lawyers, accountants, etc.

Prepare business valuation reports.

Analyze and prepare UK Financial Statements.

Collaborate and assist clients in financial planning and decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the banking or financial services industry.

Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA / ACCA or related field.

Skills:

Strong understanding of UK financial statements.

Expertise in financial reporting, financial analysis, and financial accounting.

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.

Experience in UK Financial Analysis is a plus.
