Role Overview:

As a US Process Analyst, you will play a key role in researching real estate properties, validating contracts, and ensuring accurate data management within our systems. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals passionate about technology and real estate operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Research & Data Management:

  • Conduct research on real estate properties and engage with customers, vendors (HOAs), and internal teams.

  • Validate order forms, agreements, and sales contracts for accuracy and completeness.

  • Ensure data integrity in CRM and workflow systems.

Operational Support:

  • Manage operational tasks throughout the order lifecycle.

  • Gather and consolidate HOA data through online research and direct communication.

  • Address urgent property requests while meeting monthly targets.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes.

  • Maintain organized records and provide timely updates.


Essential Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply!

✔️ Skills:

  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written)

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Word

  • Strong problem-solving and independent working capabilities


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in client relationship management

  • Strong negotiation and customer service abilities

  • Prior experience in real estate, finance, or title companies (preferred but not mandatory)


Job Requirements:

  • Must not be actively pursuing education

  • No career gap exceeding 6 months

  • Wi-Fi-enabled laptop preferred

  • Willingness to relocate to Bangalore (if not local)
