Contract Length: 3 months
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay: ₹8,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus

Role Overview:
As a Research Analyst Intern, you will support the asset valuation of real estate, publicly traded stocks, and startups. This role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in financial modeling, market research, and investment analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

Asset Valuation:
Assist in valuing assets such as publicly traded stocks, options, land, income-generating real estate, and startups using financial models and industry research. -
Market Research:
Analyze stock trends, real estate markets (especially land), and startup ecosystems to inform valuation assumptions. -
Financial Modeling:
Develop and maintain valuation models (e.g., DCF, comps, precedent transactions) across asset classes. -
Data Analysis:
Interpret financial data, market trends, and transaction comparables to provide data-driven insights. -
Report Preparation:
Create clear, well-structured reports and presentations outlining findings and investment recommendations. -
Due Diligence:
Support the investment team in reviewing financial documents and conducting due diligence on acquisitions or equity investments. -
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Align valuation efforts with strategic business goals and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications:

1–2 years of experience in finance, investment analysis, or real estate (internship experience accepted)

Strong analytical skills; ability to work with financial statements and models

Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools

Excellent research and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple projects
Preferred Skills:

Experience analyzing publicly traded companies or startups

Familiarity with land valuation and real estate market trends

Strong interest in venture capital, private equity, or real estate investing
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or related field (Preferred, but not mandatory if skills and experience are demonstrated)
