About the Role
EnactOn Technologies is looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Web Designer to join our growing team in Surat. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire design process—from user research and information architecture to prototyping and visual design. Key Responsibilities
✔ Web & App Design: Develop layouts and designs for web pages and responsive mobile applications
✔ Design Standards: Establish and promote best practices and design guidelines
✔ Graphics & Branding: Create logos, icons, and visual assets
✔ User Experience (UX): Design user flows, wireframes, and process maps
✔ Front-End Collaboration: Work with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for seamless integration
✔ Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure designs work across multiple browsers
✔ Client Modifications: Implement requested updates to existing sites
✔ Quality Control: Perform design and technical checks before website deployment
✔ Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with clients and internal teams
Requirements
???? Technical Skills
✔ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a relevant field
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and Figma
✔ Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Preferred)
✔ Experience with cross-browser compatibility
✔ Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and industry standards
✔ Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes
