About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative Web & UI/UX Designer with a strong eye for design and a deep understanding of conversion-focused page structures and user experience principles. You’ll be working on high-converting websites, sales funnels, landing pages, and marketing collateral that drive engagement and results.
Remuneration
-
Remote Part-Time: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000/month (15–20 hours/week)

On-Site Full-Time (Mohali): ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month
Key Responsibilities
-
Website & Funnel Design: Design visually impactful, conversion-optimized websites and landing pages.

UI/UX Optimization: Ensure intuitive navigation, seamless user journeys, and responsive layouts.

CMS/LMS Implementation: Build and implement designs using platforms like WordPress, WIX, Shopify, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Webflow, etc.

Custom Styling: Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize and enhance designs.

Graphic Design: Create banners, PDFs, eBooks, social media graphics, and other visual assets.

Mobile & Responsive Optimization: Guarantee design compatibility across all devices.

Performance Testing: Conduct A/B tests and iterate based on analytics and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
✅ 1+ year experience in UI/UX Design, CSS, Graphic Design, and Figma
-
✅ 2+ years experience in Web Design & Development and WordPress (Elementor/Divi)
-
✅ Proficiency in HTML/CSS, and experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD
-
✅ Understanding of JavaScript for interactivity and design tweaks
-
✅ Familiar with CMS platforms like Shopify, Webflow, Kajabi, ClickFunnels
-
✅ Experience in funnel and landing page design
-
✅ SEO-friendly and performance-optimized design practices
-
✅ Strong attention to detail, creativity, and team collaboration
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

➕ Knowledge of DNS setup, hosting, and server basics

➕ Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit

➕ Animation experience (e.g., Lottie, CSS Animations, GSAP)
