Roles & Responsibilities

Counsel Potential Students: Engage with students over calls, inform them about Testbook’s products, and help them make informed career decisions.

Answer Queries: Address any questions or concerns from students regarding our products or the company.

Sales: Achieve sales targets as per student requirements.

Maintain Sales Report: Regularly update the CRM with sales information and reports.

Process Orders: Ensure accurate order processing and follow-through.

Exceed Sales Quotas: Go the extra mile to meet and exceed sales quotas, contributing to future sales growth.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and other relevant information.
Skills & Requirements

Experience: 1 - 3 years in sales, business development, or voice processes.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
