Job Summary
We are looking for a Content Writer who will be responsible for conducting research and writing impressive and engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletter, website and online media.
We’re looking for someone who will help us expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online content. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive leads. This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
- Edit and proof-check content for websites, blogs and social media sites
- Submit work to editors for input and approval
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
- Promote content on social media
- Update website content as needed
Skills:
- Graduate in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
- Ability to meet deadlines
