Prior experience in the Life Insurance industry or similar Sales roles is advantageous

A. Agent Supervision:

Recruit, train, and manage a team of advisors

Monitor performance, offer coaching, and improve understanding of market and products

Regularly meet customers to uphold service standards

Achieve business targets through team and customer engagement
C. Strategy & Expansion:

Execute sales strategies to improve market reach

Identify and pursue new customer segments

Drive sales growth through customer acquisition and retention
