Job Title: Sales & Marketing Intern
Experience Required: 0-1yr
Job Module: WFH
Shift Commitment: 6 hours daily (Rotational shift)
Stipend: Rs. 6000 per month fixed + incentives
Additional Benefits: Internship Certificate, Letter of Recommendation & Incentives on a performance basis
Internship Duration: 3 months ( Possibility of conversion to a full-time employee will be based on your performance )

Roles And Responsibilities :
1. Replying to prospect's questions on WATI chat support
2. Coordinating with the support team for technical queries
3. Book high-quality appointments for the sales team
4. Help prospects by answering their queries
5. Keep a detailed track of every query that comes to WATI
6. Redirecting prospects & and customers to appropriate channels & and providing them with helpful resources.
7. To ensure that no query remains unanswered & and all follow-ups are happening at the right time
8. Building excellent systems, and processes in WATI to increase the number of appointments & chats
Qualifications :
● Excellent time management and organizational skills.
● Resilience and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
● Coachable and open to learning new sales techniques.
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
● Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
● Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
Skills:
