Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Noida Sector 68, Uttar Pradesh
Pay: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Schedule: Morning shift, Monday to Friday

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue growth in our VoIP and SMS wholesale A2P (Application-to-Person) markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telecom sales, especially in SMS wholesale or VoIP services, and will thrive in a performance-driven environment focused on client success.
Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Development: Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the VoIP and SMS A2P sectors. Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Business Negotiation: Negotiate and close commercial agreements for A2P SMS and VoIP termination with international clients.

Revenue Growth: Drive consistent revenue growth from assigned accounts through proactive outreach and strategic account management.

Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with telecom trends, rate changes, and competitor activities to leverage new opportunities.

Customer Communication: Provide timely updates to clients about rates, service changes, and new offerings.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and account progress.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the SMS wholesale A2P or telecom industry, particularly in sales.

Sales Track Record: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive telecom environment.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage clients at all levels.

Motivation: Self-driven and results-oriented individual with strong teamwork and organizational skills.

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of A2P messaging, VoIP traffic, and telecom market dynamics is a strong advantage.
