Travel Sales Consultant (US Process) | Earn up to ₹50K + Incentives
Location: Dwarka Sec 11 (Work From Office)
Shifts & Offs: Rotational Shifts & Offs
Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹50,000 per month + Incentives
Experience: 2-3 years in US Travel Sales
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Preference: Female Candidates
Job Responsibilities:
- Help customers plan and book their travel based on their needs.
- Must have experience with any GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan).
- Handle ticket booking, changes, cancellations, and refunds.
- Customize travel plans and negotiate with customers.
- Ensure a smooth booking experience by resolving issues.
- Convert inbound calls into successful sales.
- Follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with airlines for flight-related concerns.
Requirements:
✔ At least 1 year of experience in US Travel Sales (Inbound Sales - Voice Process).
✔ Good knowledge of city codes, airports, and international travel.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to meet sales targets.
✔ Comfortable handling calls efficiently.
✔ Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
