Job Title: Customer Service / Sales Representative
Job Type: Part-time, Freelance

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers—delivering exceptional service, providing product guidance, and leveraging upselling techniques to drive sales. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred (call center experience a plus). -
Language:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable. -
Skills:

Strong phone etiquette and clear communication skills.

Good data entry skills and basic computer proficiency.

Proactive problem-solving and quick situational analysis.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build customer rapport.
