Job Overview
Amster Group is urgently hiring female candidates for the position of Immigration Counselor at its Kollam Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide individual and group counseling related to immigration services.
✔ Guide clients through the immigration and visa application process.
✔ Offer personalized consultations based on customer needs.
✔ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
✔ Handle client inquiries and provide solutions professionally.
Qualifications & Experience:
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or immigration counseling.
✔ Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
✔ Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
✔ Empathy and a non-judgmental approach.
✔ Bachelor’s degree preferred.
