About the Role
Are you passionate about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)? Do you have a knack for creative problem-solving and want to explore the potential of Generative AI (GenAI)?
We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team at D3V Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. While prior experience in GenAI is not mandatory, a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and an eagerness to learn about Generative AI applications will be highly beneficial.
Requirements
???? Education:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
???? Experience:
✔ 0 to 2 years (including personal AI/ML projects)
???? Key Skills & Knowledge:
✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
✔ Solid AI & ML foundations
✔ Experience in designing, developing & deploying machine learning models
✔ Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) & Prompt Engineering
✔ Proficiency in Python, Golang, or NodeJS for backend development
✔ Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
✔ Experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
✔ Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, OOP, Databases, and System Design
✔ Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and Vector databases
✔ Bonus points for experience with Google Cloud AI services (BigQuery ML, Vertex AI, Document AI)
✔ Understanding of Microservices & RESTful API design
✔ Familiarity with version control tools (GitHub, Bitbucket)
✔ Goal-oriented with a continuous learning mindset
Key Responsibilities
???? AI/ML Development & Integration
???? Collaborate with senior engineers to design and develop GenAI solutions on Google Cloud
???? Pre-process, clean, transform, and feature engineer data for model training
???? Integrate Generative AI models into production pipelines & optimize performance
???? Design and develop RAG-based (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for applications like question answering, summarization, and creative text generation
???? Optimization & Performance Monitoring
???? Participate in testing, debugging, and optimization of GenAI applications
???? Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in GenAI models & techniques
???? Identify opportunities to enhance existing products or develop new AI solutions
???? Agile Collaboration & Continuous Learning
???? Work in an Agile environment with team meetings, brainstorming sessions & knowledge-sharing activities
???? Prioritize tasks & deliver on commitments with a sense of urgency
???? Actively seek feedback from teammates & managers to foster professional growth
???? Document work clearly & concisely for future reference and collaboration
