Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Support Engineer with expertise in AWS, Azure, and preferably security. The ideal candidate should have excellent troubleshooting skills, strong communication in English, and the ability to handle technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for cloud environments (AWS & Azure).
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure, networking, and security-related issues.
- Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth cloud operations.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud services for performance and security.
- Document issues, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in cloud support (AWS & Azure).
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles (preferred).
- Familiarity with IAM, networking, monitoring, and automation in cloud environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Fluent English communication (written & verbal).
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Security (a plus).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
