Requirements
Role : The Senior QA Engineer at Tripstack leads the design, implementation, and execution of advanced testing strategies, including automated and non-functional testing for complex software systems. This role involves owning test automation frameworks, mentoring junior QA staff, and driving quality improvements across projects. The Senior QA Engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage, effective defect management, and high standards of software performance and reliability.

- Create, implement, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for complex software features
- Assume ownership of the development and maintenance of test automation solutions for assigned applications and systems
- Recommend strategic improvements aimed at expanding test coverage and enhancing the overall quality of test assets
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff on established testing principles and best practices in test automation
- Collaborate extensively with development teams to ensure the thorough execution of component, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing strategies
- Identify, log and track software defects, working collaboratively with development and product teams to facilitate timely resolution
- Conduct and lead test code reviews
- Create and perform non-functional testing for features and releases including load testing, performance testing, stress testing, etc
- Participate and contribute to Functional Requirement and Tech Plan analysis and design review meetings
