Overview:

As a Sr. Manager of Architecture and Infrastructure team you will be leading you will lead and manage the software architecture, cloud platform engineering and DevOps enablement team in our Pune Development Center, this includes Software Architects, Solution Architects, Cloud platform and DevOps Engineers. Your responsible for building a high-performance team that will be responsible to develop architectures for our next generation products, manage and operate development infrastructure – Cloud Platform and DevOps Tools.

As a Sr. Manager you should have hands-on senior leadership experience, exceptional communication, resource management and project management skills and a strong belief in transparency and accountability.

You are someone who has a passion for drive Architecture and DevSecOps principles and best practices, has experience building complex software systems, and deep understanding of advanced automation toolsets for CI/CD infrastructure, and the ability to lead and provide direction in a continuously changing and competitive technology landscape. You care about what you do and are passionate leading teams and cross functional collaboration.

You have led teams in the past in the areas of Software Architecture, Software Development, Cloud Platform Engineering, DevOps Engineering.

• Provide strategic and technical leadership to drive Software Architecture practice in PAC India working closely with senior technology and cross functional leadership

• Drive architectural and engineering concepts to design solutions that meet operational requirements, including scalability, maintainability, flexibility, reliability, and availability.

• Drive Solutions Architecture practice to design and implement solutions using PAC IFEC platform and products that meet Airlines customer needs to deliver delightful customer experiences.

  • Collaborate with other leaders in the department to drive your teams to deliver products and programs to our customers and improve product support services.

  • Manage team in an agile approach to ensure objectives are achieved Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.

  • Act as a communicator, ensuring that team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties are kept abreast of team activities, project statuses, and strategic decisions.

  • Support vendor evaluation, strategic planning, staff planning and management, budget, and system forecasting, change management, systems security, systems performance monitoring, reporting, and partner support.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing highly scalable distributed systems in Linux/Unix environments

• Experience setting operational metrics and reporting.

• 5+ years managing and mentoring technical talent

• 5+ years minimum years’ experience of product engineering and support in the global environments

• 5+ years of demonstrated ability in DevSecOps, Infrastructure Delivery, and technical operations

• Strong track record of delivering results and are able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities with various business stakeholders.

• Experience leading Architecture/Principal level engineers.

• 10+ years' experience as an established technical leader of Software Architecture or Engineering Teams, with proven track record of successfully delivering services
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer/ Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Physics, Math, or related fields or equivalent work experience
