???? Job Responsibilities:
✅ Sales Target Achievement – Recruit, train, and manage Point of Sales Persons (POSPs) to meet sales goals.
✅ Strategy Development – Implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
✅ Training & Supervision – Provide ongoing support, training, and performance monitoring for POSPs.
✅ Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong connections with POSPs and key stakeholders.
✅ Market Research – Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities.
✅ Reporting & Analytics – Generate progress reports and ensure goal achievement.
???? Preferred Candidate Profile:
???? Education: Bachelor’s degree (Required)
???? Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Health/Life Insurance (Agency Channel)
???? Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
