Job Overview
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance in the region. The role demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills while developing sales strategies to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Growth
???? Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.
???? Plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue and market share.
???? Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
2. Leadership & Team Management
???? Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet performance targets.
???? Provide ongoing training and professional development for sales associates.
???? Foster a high-performance culture with clear goals and objectives.
3. Compliance & Customer Service
???? Ensure compliance with company policies, state, and federal regulations.
???? Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
???? Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ 6+ years of total work experience, including:
◾ 5 years in sales (Preferred)
◾ 1 year in account management (Preferred)
◾ 1 year in a managerial role (Preferred)
✔ Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
✔ Strong sales and negotiation skills
✔ Excellent communication (verbal & written)
✔ Problem-solving & decision-making abilities
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic situations
