We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Area Sales Manager to lead sales in our Beds and Lifestyle Products category. This role focuses on managing retail partners, showrooms, and distributors to ensure a strong brand presence, exceptional customer service, and consistent sales growth in the assigned region.
Drive sales of beds and related furniture products by executing strategic sales plans.
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with dealers, furniture retailers, and distributors.
Ensure premium product placement and high visibility in stores and showrooms.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and in-store activations.
Conduct regular market visits to assess customer behavior, competitor activities, and store performance.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Provide product training to channel partners and retail staff to boost product knowledge and upselling.
Handle customer feedback, service issues, and product complaints professionally.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate deliveries, and ensure timely product availability.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in furniture sales, preferably in beds, mattresses, or sleep solutions.
Strong retail network in the furniture industry (preferred).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Passion for home/lifestyle products and delivering a great customer experience.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
Good eye for product presentation and showroom layouts.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer care).
Sales experience: 3 years (Preferred)
Total work experience: 4 years (Required)
