Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Managers to drive sales growth in the Mattress & Furniture Industry. The ideal candidates will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, and key account management. This is a remote role requiring strong sales skills, relationship management, and deal-closing expertise.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and B2B clients.

  • Promote and sell furniture products to achieve sales targets.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor strategies.

Client Relationship Management

  • Regularly engage with existing and potential clients to understand their requirements.

  • Provide product demonstrations, quotations, and pricing negotiations.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering excellent post-sales support.

Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Track and report sales performance, revenue, and customer feedback.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

Order Management & Coordination

  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for smooth product delivery.

  • Ensure timely order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA in Sales preferred)

  • Experience: 2-4 years in Furniture Sales / B2B Sales / Channel Sales.

  • Skills:

    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

    • Ability to identify potential clients and generate leads.

    • Good knowledge of furniture products and industry trends.

    • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.

  • Willingness to Travel: 100% (Required)
